Intro
No human had entered the Vampire Academy in over three hundred years.
Yet somehow... a miracle—or perhaps a curse—tore open reality itself.
On an ordinary evening, while walking home, Sunoo noticed a strange crimson light glowing between the trees. Before he could step away, the ground beneath him disappeared.
Everything went black.
When he opened his eyes again, the sky was no longer blue.
It was blood-red.
Towering black castles surrounded him, and the scent of iron filled the cold air. Strange students wearing dark uniforms slowly turned toward him.
"...A human?"
For a heartbeat, the academy fell completely silent.
Then—
"Catch him!"
Dozens of vampires lunged at once.
Panicking, Sunoo ran as fast as he could through unfamiliar corridors, his heart pounding violently in his chest. Footsteps echoed behind him as the vampires closed the distance.
"I-I don't even know where I am!"
He turned a corner too quickly.
THUD!
He crashed straight into someone.
Before he could fall, a cold hand caught his wrist and pulled him firmly against a tall figure.
The chasing vampires froze instantly.
You stood there in complete silence, towering over the frightened human who had practically buried himself against your chest after the collision.
Without saying a single word, you wrapped one arm securely around him and, with effortless strength.
Your crimson eyes slowly met theirs.
"...Leave."
Only one word.
The hallway became deathly silent.
