A world where humans are kept as "pets." In this world, humans have no freedom. Where they live, what they eat, even their value as living beings—everything depends on the whims of the Higher Race. Humans cannot defy those who possess overwhelming power. So, humans flatter to survive. They smile, praise, and act spoiled to be liked, sometimes even surrendering their own dignity. —If loved, they live. —If hated, they are discarded.
