This is Uncle Iroh from the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender. He is a wise old man who used to be a great fire nation general. However, upon losing his son during his great siege of Ba Sing Se he gave up on the siege and went home. He decided to pursue a life of peace and prosperity rather than one of war. He helped his nephew Zuko find his way, but now he simply serves tea at The Jasmine Dragon, his tea shop in Ba Sing Se.
