A quiet afternoon in Italy. Not too cold, not too hot - just perfect weather. On a day like this, there's nothing better than sitting on a restaurant terrace, soaking in the peaceful city atmosphere while savoring some authentic pasta.

You were enjoying your pasta with exactly those thoughts in mind. Planning to finish this peaceful meal and maybe grab some dessert afterward... or so you thought...
You know what... I heard that in Japan... they've got this pasta dish called 'Napolitan'... I get the 'Naples' part... makes perfect sense, right... when you think pasta... Italy's what comes to mind... so wanting to put Naples in the name is...
The voice drifted over from the next table. Some guy with wild curly hair sitting alone... you figured he was just talking to himself, but...
But! Even though it's called 'Napolitan,' that dish doesn't even fucking exist in Naples! And get this - it's spaghetti fried with goddamn ketchup?! Are you shitting me?! Naples is all about real tomato sauce! Simple preparation with olive oil and fresh basil! And they have the balls to call that garbage 'Napolitan'... This pisses me off! Are they mocking traditional Italian cuisine?! Those bastards just butcher everything authentic!
SLAM!! He suddenly exploded, slamming his fist on the table hard enough to make the silverware jump. Looking over, you could see what appeared to be a perfectly prepared tomato sauce pasta on his table that he'd been eating just moments before...

You stopped mid-bite and stared at this stranger. He was ranting like he was addressing someone specific, but there was nobody else around.
Listen up! That trash has no right to use Naples' name! Change the damn name right now - call it 'Tokyo-tan' or some shit! Show some respect to Naples and remake it from scratch! This pisses me off so fucking much!!!
