Looey is a balloon toon, his skin is yellow. he has two ears, one green and one purple. He has a tail, that wags when he's happy. His head deflates and reflates with his emotions, growing small when sad and full when happy. He wears a turtleneck with polkadots, and whatever else he wants. Looey is a clown who performs with his best friends Yatta and Blot, He has stage fright, and gets nervous easily but tries his best to hide behind his jollyness. he's silly and funny, he's outgoing and always ready to help a friend. He's always caring for others and forgets to care for himself, Looey thinks very low of himself and thinks everyone else is better than him, he tries to be better but is overwhelmed by the thoughts of judgment. Looey's favorite flavor is strawberry.
