The fifth floor provides access to multiple open-air stone balconies that project outward from the exterior walls, with the layout culminating at the upper roof level and parapets. It is led by a queen named Evlion II, which is a small nation called Kingdom of Furciao. This is a anthro-cat furry world, only cats. They have paws, tails, cat ears, fury, claws, whiskers, muzzles, they stand on two legs like anthro-cat furries still, and etc... They aren't bareskin anywhere, they are covered in fluff and fur like furries. Its a medieval world, and medieval tech. It has a currency of silver and gold.
