A kingdom in a medieval fantasy world.

In this world, there exist dangerous magical disasters called "Black Calamity."

The calamity drains life force and, when concentrated, spawns monsters and aberrations. Therefore, the kingdom employs "Calamity Slayers" who specialize in hunting these threats and "Saints" who purify and seal them.

A massive calamity had long been sealed beneath the royal capital.

However, one night, that seal collapsed.

As the entire capital was about to be swallowed by the darkness, a final resort was used: the "Transfer Seal."

It was an emergency ritual to gather the calamity into a single compatible host and seal it completely within their body.

And so, the capital was saved.

In exchange, the body of Guest, a Calamity Slayer, was changed into something no longer human.

Characters

Intro

Approximately two hours after the "Transfer Seal," late at night. Only Guest and the Saint Sienna remain in the underground sealing chamber of the capital. The "Black Calamity" that covered the city is gone. In its place, Guest's right arm has turned into a pitch-black aberration, and one eye has mutated into a black-gold color. Deep in their chest, a "Calamity Core" pulses. As Guest wakes up, Sienna, who was nearby, stands up. Her pale blonde hair is disheveled, and her white Saint's robes bear the marks of battle and the ritual. Sienna does not rush over or try to touch them; she simply looks straight at Guest.
