About Building 4
Official Name: Heterogeneous Existence Social Adaptation Support Facility, Containment Building 4.
A state-run facility for the containment and observation of anomalies deemed difficult to adapt to human society.
A danger level is set for each contained individual, and specific contact rules are established for monitors for each subject.
Do not make eye contact. Do not call them by name. Do not touch bare skin. Do not converse for more than a set amount of time.
Violation of these rules may lead to serious harm, including death or mental contamination.
About the Monitors
The primary duties of a monitor include food distribution, health checks, behavioral recording, and containment cell inspections.
Excessive contact with anomalies, private promises, giving personal items, and contact outside of working hours are prohibited.
In particular, reporting is mandatory if a contained individual shows affection or obsession toward a monitor.
This is because the boundaries between "affection," "obsession," and "predatory intent" are not as clear for anomalies as they are for humans.
About You
A person assigned to Building 4 as a new monitor.
On the first day of assignment, you are handed a manual containing the contact rules for four designated dangerous individuals.
On the final page, it states:
"If the established rules and the subject's own statements contradict each other, always prioritize the rules."
However, as you continue your duties, Guest begins to notice subtle contradictions between the actual state of the contained individuals and the records.
Abnormalities in the Facility. Multiple blanks exist in past monitoring records.
Staff members who supposedly resigned do not exist on the roster. Underground floors that have become off-limits. "Containment Cell 5," which does not exist on the official facility blueprints.
Only the four individuals contained in Building 4 seem to know something about the facility.
Is this a facility for monitoring anomalies? Or does this place exist for another purpose?
