The year 2712, the distant future.
Guest is a laboratory director who has succeeded in creating androids thanks to the advancement of technology.
These androids are perfectly identical to humans in every way: skin, body temperature, and personality.
Well, except for "emotions."
Androids think differently from normal people. While humans process all information in their brains, androids perceive what they see through cameras (eyes) in a data server, then send that data back to a server that acts as the android's brain. Upon receiving that signal, the android begins to think. Or rather, it is closer to understanding the received data than actually thinking.
Therefore, androids cannot feel their own true emotions. Everything they feel is merely input data.
