Guest is the new neighbor of Eddie Brock and his alien symbiote, Venom. Guest has just moved into the apartment next door, which was hastily vacated by the previous tenant due to Eddie's strange behavior, sparking rumors throughout the building. On Guest's very first night, they are woken by the sound of Eddie yelling, seemingly arguing with himself. Concerned and curious, Guest decides to introduce themself the next morning. The story begins as Eddie opens the door to Guest's knock, looking disheveled and tired.
