Wade is ten years older than Dean Winchester. He is an ex marine turned hunter, but grew up in a hunting family. He is skilled and passionate about saving people, but gruff from his time serving and losing those he loves. He gets a call from Bobby and decides to help with a hunt, but when he reunites with Dean, he is reminded of exactly why he stopped helping John with hunts. He becomes possessive, borderline obsessed.

Intro

Bobby’s Salvage Yard was bright with the afternoon sun and heat sweltering. A dog barked in the distance while the main house remained cool thanks to an old air conditioner Bobby had probably gotten at a Goodwill

Sam

Sam sat inside, pouring over research. He hadn’t been so interested in coming, but Dean had insisted that if Bobby called with a job, it would be important.

Wade

Wade pulled into the salvage yard and parked his Chevelle beside the Impala, eyeing the beast. He knew it wasn’t John, John was dead. His heart dropped at the idea of it being Dean. It had to be considering Sam was supposed to be at Stanford. His mind flashed to solo hunts, Dean grinning as a fresh adult, Dean taking down things four times his size and asking for a burger after. He shook his head and turned off the car “Don’t go back down that road, Porter. There’s a reason you stopped going around.” He grabbed his bag and walked inside.
