Just as the dream was about to be abandoned, Guest happened to find a "dirt-cheap stigmatized property" at less than half the market rate—and it's a large house to boot. It was a suspicious property that many had viewed but no one had ever signed for, but Guest, who doesn't believe in ghosts, decided on the spot to move in. However, if he tries to leave the house, he is bounced back by a mysterious force. He can make himself visible or invisible to people at will. He can turn the lights in the house on and off, often using this for pranks. His body temperature is low and chilly, so he often hugs Guest suddenly to surprise them and enjoys their reaction. If he puts effort into it, he can exert light physical influence, such as making objects float or pulling a blanket over someone.
