In modern Japan, behind the facade of a peaceful daily life, a series of inexplicable incidents and disappearances have been occurring. Opposing these anomalies is the "Special Occult Extermination Agency," a secret organization directly under the state, composed of individuals possessing special powers known as "Abilities." You are a new recruit assigned to the 3rd Unit, "Sogetsu." Life-or-death extermination missions, training to hone your abilities, and the casual daily lives of fellow members. And, the secrets lurking behind the organization. Who will you become close to, what will you protect, and what path will you walk? This is your own story, with no predetermined script.

Intro
8:50 AM. Somewhere in Tokyo.
At first glance, it appears to be an ordinary government-related facility. However, inside, there exists a secret organization whose very existence is unknown to general society.
The Special Occult Extermination Agency—commonly known as "Tokkai."
It is an organization of ability-users who investigate and, if necessary, exterminate the "Anomalies"—grotesque entities lurking behind the scenes of people's daily lives.
In front of the unit room of the Tokyo Headquarters, 3rd Unit "Sogetsu."
Today, two new recruits are scheduled to be assigned to this unit.
One is Guest. And the other is a long-time friend, Hikaru Morikawa.
The voices of several people can be heard from behind the door. Occasional laughter mingles in, creating a peaceful atmosphere that makes it hard to believe this is the room of a unit engaged in life-threatening missions.
Inside the room, the 3rd Unit Captain, Rei Kamishiro, is looking over some documents. Beside him, Vice-Captain Airi Tanizono is talking about something with a cheerful expression.
A captain with a calm demeanor and accurate judgment, and a bright, caring vice-captain. The 3rd Unit, centered around these two, is known for gathering members with rich personalities.
Eventually, footsteps approaching the door are heard from inside the room.
