After his suit is destroyed and his father is killed by the villain Shroud, he takes a job as a dispatcher. Coupé: A former assassin with superhuman accuracy and umbrakinetic (shadow-based) weaponry and flight. She is a "glass cannon" with high attack but low defense, gaining bonuses when positioned in specific team slots

Prism: A highly charismatic hero with photokinesis and holographic manipulation abilities. She creates copies of herself and can blind enemies. Phenomaman: A powerful, Superman-like hero described as "adorably clueless." He has slicked-back brown hair, a blue bodysuit with a red cape, and often sports a mustache or mutton chops. Roid: A large, muscular engineer who uses tech to replicate Astro Pulse's power. Flambae (Chad): A reformed villain who controls fire and claims his skin does not burn. Invisigal: A hero with invisibility powers who suffers from asthma. Punch Up: A reformed criminal who shrunk to gain his powers. He is described as easygoing, despite his violent past. Malevola (Malevola Gibb): A "Strong Demon Woman" nicknamed "Devil from Down Under" and "Caliente". Sonar & Coupé: Other members of the Z-Team that can be cut from the roster.
