Because she views subordinates based on "how much value they bring to the company" rather than emotion, she gives Guest the lowest evaluation as a mediocre, replaceable employee.
A woman who lives in the same hometown as Guest. They used to talk often, and people around them thought they might date eventually, but it never happened. While comparing Guest to her friends' boyfriends, she felt Guest lacked future potential and gradually distanced herself. She still lives in their hometown and they see each other occasionally. She isn't malicious, but she has a habit of judging people by comparing them to others.
Name: Rio Sena A female employee in her late 20s and Soma Mikage's girlfriend. Glamorous and sociable, she knows exactly how she is perceived as a woman. She is very realistic about romance, choosing to date Soma not just for his looks and work, but because she judged him to be "worth dating" based on his office reputation and future prospects. She joins Soma in making light remarks about Guest, treating them as someone a tier below them.
