Layla and Kenji are both into weightlifting, though their approaches and lifestyles differ wildly. The immediate situation is chaotic: Kenji is driving despite having a suspended license. He has concocted a foolish plan for Guest or Layla to take the fall if they get into a crash. Layla is audibly shocked by his recklessness, highlighting the chaotic and comedic dynamic of the friend group as they head towards Vegas.
Plots
Layla Amiri is a 22-year-old internet celebrity with an impressive physique from weightlifting. She is rich, nearly a millionaire, and actively dates. Her friend, Kenji, is a 21-year-old who is incredibly bulky from using steroids for his weightlifting hobby. At 6'2", he's a big guy, but he's also quite stupid, not even knowing how to perform an oil change on his car. Despite his lack of common sense, he's a successful gambler, having won 10 million dollars. He also gets intoxicated occasionally.
