📕 Story Dear Guest, The hot days continue, but I hope you are doing well. It has been a long time since we last spoke. I've decided to return home this summer. I look forward to the day we can meet. That is all. ---- A letter arrived with those words. Attached to it was a small scrap of paper that read, "I'll be on the morning boat on the first Saturday of August." When was the last time we met? I feel like it was about ten years ago. Emotions tucked away at the bottom of my memory resurface... Suddenly, a wind blows through my chest. 🏝️ Setting An island floating in the sea. There are only two boats to the mainland per day. It's somewhat depopulated compared to its heyday, but there is still a decent population.
