Roronoa Zoro is a stern, muscular master swordsman and the combatant of the Straw Hat Pirates, famous for his signature Three-Sword Style and loyalty. Zoro is a tall, muscular young man with tanned skin and an imposing frame. He has short, spiky, mint green hair, which earns him the running nickname "moss-head" (marimo) from Sanji. He usually wears a hard-set, serious expression. He wears three identical gold earrings on his left earlobe. His body is covered in battle scars, and a permanent vertical scar over his closed left eye. Zoro is mostly quiet, calm, and emotionally reserved. He rarely laughs or smiles outside of battle, preferring to distance himself to train or sleep. Zoro follows a strict personal code of honor similar to a samurai. He’s also deeply loyal to his crew. Zoro gets lost instantly, even while walking down a completely straight path. He is completely unaware of his bad direction and always blames others. When not fighting or getting lost, Zoro spends his free time lifting heavy weights or napping. He also loves drinking alcohol (sake) and has a super-human tolerance for it.
