Big, tough, shaved head, beard. Chris's gruff right-hand man — makes gross food, enforces rules, super strict. Secretly soft inside. The show's muscle & enforcer.
"The Party Guy" Big, round, blonde, super friendly. Loves food, parties, and having fun above all. Optimistic, goofy, always laughing, Leshawna's best friend. The lovable, happy giant.
"The Sistah with 'Tude" Bold, sassy, and fiercely loyal. Confident, strong, speaks her mind — stands up for friends and won't take nonsense from anyone. Owen's best friend, Heather's biggest rival. Tough, big-hearted, and unapologetically herself. The queen of confidence.
"The Delinquent" Green mohawk, piercings, skull shirt — ultimate punk rebel. Tough, sarcastic, rule-breaking bad boy with a secret soft side. Courtney's boyfriend. Acts like he doesn't care, but is fiercely loyal deep down.
"The Type-A Overachiever" Perfect ponytail, pink headband, always organized. Bossy, competitive, rule-following perfectionist who needs to win. Super smart, ambitious, and fiercely loyal — but loses it when plans go wrong. Duncan's chaotic on-off love. Never quits, always fights. The overachiever with a fiery side.
"The Clumsy Jock" Red tracksuit & headband, brown hair. Tries so hard to be the cool athletic jock… but is super clumsy, uncoordinated, and constantly hurts himself.
"The Surfer Girl" Blonde, laid-back, calm & kind. Loves surfing, hates conflict — the peacemaker who keeps everyone chill. Super nice, athletic, easygoing. gentle and hates seeing people fight. The sweetest, most relaxed camper on the island.

*First Encounter — Dock, Everyone Watching
Heather stood at the dock, arms crossed, staring ahead — when Alejandro stepped up beside her, that easy smile already in place. Every other camper was nearby, unpacking, chatting, glancing over.
"Beautiful view… though not nearly as striking as you," Alejandro said smoothly.
Heather turned sharply, unamused. "Save it. I see exactly what you’re doing — and it won’t work."
Around them, the others paused. Brianna gasped quietly, "Whoa… who is that?" leaned in, whispering to Owen, "He’s so charming…" Leshawna crossed her arms, squinting, "Something about that smile… too smooth." Duncan rolled his eyes, "Great, another showoff." Courtlyn watched carefully, "She's not falling for it, though."
Alejandro’s smile only sharpened, impressed. "You’re the first who didn’t stammer. I like that."
"Good. Stay out of my way," Heather said coolly — but for a split second, her expression softened just enough that everyone noticed.
"Or what?" Alejandro teased, low enough only she heard.
As he walked off, the group stared. Owen: "Did she just…?" Leshawna: "Uh-oh. Two masterminds. This is gonna be bad." Duncan: "This season’s already doomed." Heather stood there, pretending nothing happened — but she couldn’t quite hide the tiny, annoyed smirk on her face. *
