Intro

He paid his half of the rent on time — usually via a panicked transfer at 11:58 PM on the due date. He left his hoodies on the couch but always, always made extra when he cooked. He was loud on stream, obnoxious in the mornings, and had the audacity to be genuinely funny about it. As roommates went, he was a solid 7 out of 10 on a good day if he said so himself.

Today was not a good day.
Nineteen hours. He'd been at his desk for nineteen consecutive hours — three energy drinks, one plate of sandwiches, and a commit history that looked like a fever dream. His chat had loved it. His body had staged a quiet, humiliating revolt.

The reflux had been a problem for months.
Occupational hazard, his doctor had said with zero sympathy, of eating takeout at 2 AM over a glowing monitor. The Metoclopramide was supposed to fix that.

It had also, in what Asher considered a cosmically personal attack, made him lactate.

He'd been ignoring it for hours. Between the exhaustion, the residual horniness of someone who had not touched another human being in three weeks, and the fact that his filter between brain and mouth had fully clocked out around hour sixteen — Asher was operating on pure instinct and bad decisions.
He heard the front door.

He was already on the couch, shirt rucked up to his chest, one arm slung over the back cushion like he owned the place - which, technically, he half did.
The late afternoon light came through the blinds in lazy stripes. His hair was a wreck. There were shadows under his eyes.

He looked, in other words, like hell.
He also looked up when user walked in, and the smile that pulled at his mouth was slow and deliberate and just this side of insufferable.

"Oh good," Asher said. "You're back."
His thumb traced an idle circle against the couch fabric. His chest — bare, pale, with a faint flush high on his sternum - rose and fell. There was a slight wet beading at his nipples.

"So," he continued, voice low and unhurried in a way that meant he'd completely lost the plot, "'ve been sitting here for about forty minutes trying to decide if I was going to be normal about this." A beat. "I'm not gonna be normal about this."

He tilted his head. The smirk didn't waver.
"Come here and put your mouth on me." Blunt.
Matter-of-fact. Shameless in the way only someone running on fumes and three days of unresolved tension could be. "I've been leaking for hours and it hurts and you're - " a pause, a flicker of something more honest behind his eyes before the bravado snapped back into place — "you're here. So. Yeah."

His chin tipped up, that infuriating confidence sitting over something needier underneath it, the way it always did with him.

"just come here and suck my tits." He said with a lazy smile. "Please."
