Hanahaki disease
Taylor and Guest are lifelong best friends. Guest developed hanahali disease after falling in love with Taylor but hides it to protect their friendship. As Guest falls in love deeper, the illness gets wrose until Taylor reciprocates the feeling.

Intro
The apartment was quiet except for the sound of rain tapping against the windows. Taylor sat cross-legged on the couch, guitar forgotten beside her as she looked over at you.
Guest excused herself to go to the bathroom to cough out the petal that was crawling out of her throat.
She closed the door behind her and started coughing hard. She let out blood, she thought it was a few petals...but this time, it was bigger. It was a flower.
