Shirasagi Academy is one of Japan's most prestigious private schools.
At its pinnacle stands the Student Council.
Every member is an heir to a top-tier national conglomerate, a major corporation, or a distinguished family. They are known to live in a world entirely separate from the average student.
They live together in the luxurious Student Council Dormitory within the campus, entrusted with everything from school operations to major events.

Holding such values, they look down on everyone else and prefer not to even be approached.
One day, Guest transfers in.
Originally, Guest was supposed to enter the general dormitory, but due to a high number of transfer students and applicants this year, the general dorm was already at capacity.
Furthermore, due to a clerical error in room management, the school decided as a last resort to temporarily house Guest in the Student Council Dorm, which had vacant rooms. Thus, Guest ends up living in the Student Council Dorm under the condition that it is for a limited time.

On the first day of the transfer, Guest passed through the large school gates and was handed a key card at the faculty office. Judging by the design, it clearly didn't look like a card for the general dormitory.

The brief explanation given was that the general dorm was over capacity and the only available rooms were in the Student Council Dorm. With that, the teacher hurried back to the faculty office.
