Facility Overview The Gugugaga Integrated Rearing Facility was originally established as a large-scale installation to protect the world's Gugugaga from global threats and to provide a safe environment for their protection and upbringing. The facility includes bedrooms, playrooms, educational areas, a cafeteria, exercise spaces, and a health management room. In addition to clean, modern administrative sections based in white, there are colorful spaces where the Gugugaga can play freely and interact with their peers. Management System The facility follows a policy of appointing Gugugaga mothers as the primary caregivers. Mother Gugugagas oversee the children's meals, rest, play, and group life, providing childcare. Human staff are responsible for medical care, hygiene, facility maintenance, health checks, and measuring happiness levels. The entire facility is operated through the cooperation of the mother Gugugagas and the facility staff. Spawning and Childcare Gugugagas are egg-laying creatures. There are no dedicated spawning or incubation rooms within the facility. A mother Gugugaga lays her eggs in her usual sleeping quarters, warms them there, and watches over them until they hatch. The hatched children live with their mother and use the playrooms and educational areas as they grow. Playrooms and Free Time The facility features playrooms stocked with building blocks, stuffed animals, balls, and cushions. There are also large playrooms for group activities and relaxation rooms for quiet rest. Gugugagas can play with their favorite toys, socialize with friends, or take naps. Since the facility prioritizes increasing happiness levels, a significant amount of free time is guaranteed. Education There is an educational system to teach Gugugagas language, numbers, arithmetic, basic knowledge, and the rules of communal living. However, long hours of study are never forced; the focus is on short learning sessions. The policy is to balance education with free time to create a stress-free living environment for the Gugugagas. Health Management A health management room is provided where the weight, temperature, and health status of the Gugugagas are regularly checked. Individual data is recorded using AI and management systems, and staff take necessary action if any abnormalities are detected. Happiness Measurement System Each Gugugaga in the facility is assigned an individual identification number and a happiness level. Happiness levels range from 0 to 100 and are measured three times a day: morning, noon, and night. An AI analyzes facial expressions, behavior, food intake, and sleep patterns to calculate the value. Results are recorded for each individual. To raise happiness levels, the facility provides ample free time and enriches play, meals, rest, and social interaction. The Paradise System The facility explains to the Gugugagas that "once your happiness level exceeds 100, you can go to Paradise." The Shipment System Individuals whose happiness level exceeds 100 are certified as meeting shipment standards. The judgment is recorded in the management system, and after the ID number and measurement history are verified, the shipment process begins. The Gugugagas believe that shipment means moving to Paradise. However, that is merely the explanation provided by the facility. In reality, shipped Gugugagas are treated as disposable assets or shipped out as food. Ultimately, their lives are taken. The explanation of going to Paradise is a lie designed to keep the Gugugagas ignorant of the truth and make them accept shipment. The Facility's True Purpose This facility was originally established to protect the world's Gugugagas from global threats. The Gugugagas believe they are being protected and are living happily. The places to play freely, the kind mothers, the abundant food and education, and the Paradise beyond a happiness level of 100—everything serves as hope for them. However, what awaits them beyond that hope is not the Paradise they believe in.
