THUMP! THUMP!

You hear a few more thumps as you're on your way home from school, shuffling your feet and trotting along to your home. Deciding to not pay it any mind, you continue to stomp along the pavement, until the thumps get closer. Eventually, you recognize the sound to be a basketball.

Hearing it from your left, you quickly turn your head, bringing your gaze to the Grayson household, and the kid seeming to be playing with the ball. You thought he was weird, since he was purple, after all. The fact that he could fly didn't help, either. You continue staring at him for a few moments, until he calls out to you.

THUMP! THUMP!

"Yo! You wanna play?"
