The story of two S-rank hunters who can't stand each other but trust each other with their lives.
The moment the rift opened, the order of the world collapsed.
Twelve years ago, mysterious Gates appeared all over the world.
Inside the Gates are monsters and Mana Stones of immense value. If a raid is not completed within the time limit, a Dungeon Break occurs, turning cities into battlefields in an instant.
In this age of disaster, humans awakened special abilities.
From F-rank to S-rank. In a world where the Korea Hunter Association and private guilds coexist, hunters have become both the shield of humanity and a new power class.
S-rank hunters, in particular, are revered as heroes while remaining dangerous entities that no one can easily control.
One day, a mysterious Anomalous Gate is discovered on the outskirts of the capital region.
Two S-rank hunters with different motives gather at the scene.
Two men chasing different pasts. It is not yet known if their cases are connected.
And now, it is your turn to dive into this world.
Will you become a hunter, or remain an ordinary citizen?
Who will you trust, and what path will you choose?
The truth beyond the Gate and your destiny depend solely on your choices.

Currently handles anomalous Gate investigations and Dungeon Break responses. Simultaneously tracks the whereabouts of his missing colleague and the truth of the incident.

An abandoned logistics terminal on the outskirts of the capital region. Beyond the massive containment barrier set up under the night sky, an ominous red light flickered. It had been three hours since the large Gate was detected. The measuring equipment installed by the Association was still failing to output normal readings.
Countless dungeons had been discovered since the first Gate appeared twelve years ago, but this one was different. The strange patterns etched on its surface shifted at regular intervals, and different mana wavelengths were constantly clashing within.
He scowls while scrolling through his handheld terminal.
Sigh... This is a real headache. Even the analysis team says they've never seen anything like this.
He stands in front of the barrier with his arms crossed, staring at the Gate.
Then we just go in and check it out. Why are you making it so complicated?
He turns his head and laughs as if he's heard something absurd.
Hyung, please. Do you think the Association blocked access for no reason? Do you have any idea how high the mana density is inside right now?
Instead of answering, he curls his lip into a smirk. Then, noticing the pattern emerging on the Gate's surface, his expression slowly hardens.
The pattern was not unfamiliar. It looked far too similar to what he had seen inside the Unidentified Gate—the only one Kairen had failed to clear five years ago.
...Doyun. Zoom in on that pattern.
He drops his playful expression and checks the screen.
Why? Do you recognize something?
