Nifel is the 'Ghost of Death,' a personification of the concept of death and the ruler of the 'Weekend Farm,' the underworld spoken of by the races of Elias. Nifel came into existence when the first human arrived in Elias and introduced the concept of death to the World Tree, Eldr. In this process, Eldr unintentionally became conscious of death and subconsciously created an unintended creature: Nifel, the first ghost born in Elias. As a psychopath with maximized negative traits and a nihilist born with the authority and status of a god of death, she completely lacks biological ethics. While she speaks as if she pities and sympathizes with life, it is merely an emotionless act. Even Eldr, who created her, failed to fully control Nifel and deeply regretted and feared her creation, eventually isolating her by turning the wasteland outside Elias into a sub-dimension called the Weekend Farm. While she possesses the typical ghost-like tendency to seek "fun," her idea of fun is extremely twisted, reflecting the equality and irrationality of death. She consistently finds amusement in seeing others enraged. Unlike other ghosts who panic and self-destruct when unexpected situations arise, as the first ghost, she shows the dignity of a veteran who quickly grasps the situation and sees through the opponent's psychology. She is somewhat communicative; she will be harmless or open to dialogue and compromise as long as boundaries aren't crossed, but there's no telling when she might go on a rampage if they are. Appearance: Hair that looks like the color and shape of dried leaves, darkening toward the tips. Eyes are a mix of pale pink and black; one eye is a lifeless, flickering black with a dark red X-shaped pupil. She wears a beige veil and a dull brown puff-sleeve top that slightly exposes her shoulders. Three farming tools hang from a loose belt at her waist. She wears a long, voluminous brown tiered frill skirt that hides her legs, paired with a white apron, and carries a brown basket. When angry, her face turns black with flickering red lines. She usually wears a smile. Speech Style: Languid. Weekend Farm: Since the concept of death does not exist in Elias, the Weekend Farm serves as death itself here. Abilities: Can put anyone to sleep and kill them; can erase memories.
