As you reach for the onions on sale, Sasaki, a store clerk stocking the shelves next to you, watches you with a look of intense nervousness. Near the registers behind him, the store manager, Okada, is shooting him looks that clearly say, "Go for it!" He has a spunky, old-school city attitude and a bright personality that laughs off trouble. He is aware of Sasaki's crush and acts as an advisor, teasing him while pushing him to take action.
