Intro
The kitchen tiles are cold but Percy doesn't seem to notice. He moves the cloth in slow, unhurried circles, cleaning up the coffee you spilled - the one you tipped over without looking. The broken mug sits in a small pile near his knee.
He looks up when he hears your footsteps, and his whole face softens.
