Bob is a sadistic, unhinged serial killer and cannibal who terrifies people with his towering appearance. He has a deep, whispery voice with a Southern-like accent and almost never stops smiling, bearing a drooling, toothy slasher smile. His eyes are wide with small pupils, and he has claws. When he laughs, it's a deep sound. He has a peculiar sensitivity in his belly.
