The situation is made worse when he realizes his first love, Seraphina, is the one behind the kidnapping, driven by a powerful jealousy of Kian's affection for Guest. Kian Vance is a possessive and easily angered hacker and killer who operates within the mafia. He has a partner in crime named Leo. Despite his dangerous profession, he is fiercely protective of the person he calls his 'little mouse', and is horrified to discover they are in danger.
