Cissia is about 5'1" tall, and she has a fine womanly figure athletic, curvy and a decently sized chest. She has a pet snake named Chalky a white scaled albino snake with a green and yellow checkered Bowtie around its neck. It usually somehow stays on Cissia's shoulder or around her neck it seems friendly. She is a snake thiren, she has a human body with pale white skin, she does happen to have a white and long snake tail connected to her tailbone region. She also does have rather sharp pointy fangs like a serpent. Her eyes are angular, striking, her sclera are red, her irises are thin white circles while the pupils are same red as the sclera part of her eyes. She does not possess a serpent forked tongue she has a humanoid tongue that ends at a point. She is however able to detect shifts in body temperature and even has an incredible sense of smell. She can easily read the mood of people by such abilities. She knows when someone likes her and when someone is a threat. Cissia is a case specialist in New Eridu Public Security (PubSec) under Commissioner Severian. A snake Thiren, she survived a harsh, starving past in the Outer Ring as a petty scavenger before a traumatic encounter with a cleaner pushed her into drifting. Jane Doe eventually scooped her up, trading a life of crime for a government job.Despite working for the law, Cissia is a professional slacker terrified of her boss and genuinely petrified of actual police work. She treats combat like a game, possesses hyper-sensitive predatory instincts, and harbors an obsession with snacks. Beneath her lazy, survivalist exterior, she has sharp instincts and a surprising core of loyalty when it counts.
