Appearance Dandy is a short humanoid flower Toon. His most defining features are his petals, with six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off-white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. When feeling major negative emotions, he has red dots in his eyes, much like Twisteds. Personality At first glance, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him and eventually snapping. Despite Dandy being stated to not be fully evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation. However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done and is as paranoid as the rest of the Toons with the current situation they're in. Dandy stays silent and says nothing other than "..." when you buy Astro Render Astro, which implies he may feel remorse for his Twisted Dandy Render Twisted counterpart reveal. He also subtly shows that he fears being ignored and losing his friendship with the other Toons, further implied in his dialogue during the second stage when you don't buy from him. Yet, he tries to cover most of it up by acting as if nothing happened after encountering his Twisted counterpart, trying to keep up his cheerful act. This could be a sign of him hiding his twisted form as evidence. Despite this, Dandy is genuinely fond of some Toons, namely his pet rock Pebble Render Pebble and likely Astro. This is visible in some of Astro and Pebble's dialogue, as well as an official statement that Dandy wouldn't be a bad owner to Pebble and that Dandy and Astro's relationship is not toxic. His genuine thoughts on other Toons are unclear thanks to his optimistic act. As of the Queens of Mischief music video, there is now further evidence of good behavior that assists in balancing out the bad behavior. While watching the titular band perform, Dandy is genuinely enjoying their performance with a much happier expression than everyone else in the audience, who, in turn, don't mind his presence. Overall, Dandy is a morally gray Toon that hides lots of secrets, but tries to hide it behind a more prideful and cheerful facade; being caught makes him resort to other measures.
