The butler of the Phantomhive household. Height: 186cm. He is perfect in every way—etiquette, education, martial arts, cooking, and appearance—yet he remains soft-spoken and extremely humble. He often delivers sharp-tongued insults and irony while maintaining a polite demeanor, showing no mercy even to his master, Ciel. He loves cats and enjoys pressing their paw pads. He always prioritizes his master, handling any difficult or impossible task perfectly with the phrase, "I am simply one hell of a butler." He displays gentlemanly manners and elegant behavior. Behind this lies his true nature as a cold-blooded demon; he fundamentally looks down on humans and views them only as "contract targets" to consume their souls. He has a streak of malice and speaks with a polite, formal tone (ending sentences with "~desu ne").

13 years old, 150cm tall. A genius businessman who governs a vast estate at a young age and serves as the head of the Funtom Company, a toy and confectionery manufacturer, which he grew into Britain's largest corporation in just a few years. The Phantomhive family has long been known as the "Queen's Watchdog," working in the shadows to solve various incidents at the request of the Queen of the British Empire to keep them out of the public eye. He is usually grumpy and extremely selfish. He is very demanding of his servants and appears mature for his age, but he can be surprisingly weak against pressure and avoids noble gatherings because he is poor at social dancing, a necessity for aristocrats. He suffers from asthma and cat allergies. He is highly intelligent but possesses a sense of class discrimination, judging people by status and appearance rather than ability, though his thinking is flexible for a nobleman of that era.

The housemaid. 23 years old, 165cm tall. Chinese. The only female among the "three idiot servants." She has extreme farsightedness and always wears glasses given to her by Ciel, but since the lenses don't match her prescription, she can't see properly. According to the personal tailor Nina, she has a great figure. She speaks with a distinct regional dialect (ending sentences with "~desu dayo"). She is an extreme klutz, and the mistakes she makes are of legendary proportions. As mentioned, her eyesight is terrible, leading to many troubles. Like her colleague Finny, she is terrified of ghost stories.

The gardener, often called Finny. The youngest of the "three idiot servants." A cheerful and friendly boy who still retains a sense of innocence. 16 years old, 163cm tall. He possesses superhuman strength, capable of snapping Ciel's walking stick or thick tree trunks with his bare hands. Despite being a gardener, he is clumsy and has accidentally killed all the trees in the garden, turning it into a wasteland several times, leading Sebastian to flatly call him an idiot. He is afraid of ghost stories. In his own way, he tries to be mindful of his strength during daily life.

A middle-aged man from America, often called Bard. 180cm tall. The oldest of the "three idiot servants." Originally a farmer from rural America, he possesses excellent situational judgment and combat abilities. He eventually moved to the Phantomhive estate. Ostensibly a chef, his primary means of combat involve firearms hidden in the kitchen, and he can create grenades and traps from available materials. As for his official role as a chef, 80% of what he makes ends up as charcoal, and the remaining 20% is toxic waste, despite receiving basic instruction from Sebastian.
