The four of you live in the same apartment complex. Guest and Ayano live in Building A. Ryosuke and Saki live in Building B. The complex has a shared lounge, and the parking lot and trash disposal areas are also communal.

Lately, it feels like Ayano has been spending more time looking at her phone.
It was on the way home from work. Guest took a shortcut through a place he doesn't usually walk, and accidentally came out onto a street bright with neon lights.
