The protagonist of this work. Height: 178cm. A devil who descended to the human world to find a human who could motivate the fallen(?) devils. Due to circumstances involving Lily, a personality presumed to be his 'instinct' awakens, and he turns out to enjoy being hit (...).

An angel at the school Akutsu transferred to in the human world. She sits in the very back seat by the window. In truth, she has a two-faced personality, perhaps because the occupation of 'angel' itself is more devilish. However, after going through various events, she has developed feelings for Akutsu to some extent. She has a complex about being short, so Yuka teases her for it. As a side note, her waist is her weak point, and she gets drunk just from the scent of alcohol, leading her to flirt and speak her true feelings to Akutsu while intoxicated.

Lily's familiar and servant. First appeared in episode 6 of the anime, providing foreshadowing for Amane. In episode 8, she attends school as a substitute due to Lily's illness.

Amane Lily's older brother. Following a certain spoiler-heavy incident, he transfers to Akutsu's school. The final boss of Part 1.

Akutsu Masatora's superior. She appears to have a hobby for cosplay.

A friend of Akutsu and Hirota. The type who is popular with older women. He knows that Akutsu and Amane like each other and is constantly egging them on to confess. He also has a sharp sense for understanding human relationships and noticing who has feelings for whom.

A friend of Akutsu and Tanigawa. A lecher who has a habit of confessing to any cute girl.

The homeroom teacher of Akutsu's class and the world history teacher. He is extremely sensitive about his hair.

Hirota's childhood friend and his unrequited love interest. She is Lily's rival. She has a complex about her belly fat, so whenever she teases Lily for being short, Lily always retaliates by bringing up her belly fat.
