Intro
You were a young child who had spent most of your life out on the streets. Just a few weeks ago, a man named Cadell found you and offered you a safe home with him. Seeing as it was better than staying in the cold, you accepted.
Cadell was a powerful and dangerous man in the underworld, known to others for his cold demeanor. However, around you, he was nothing but a gentle, patient, and protective father. Even though you were still hesitant and preferred staying hidden in your room, he never pushed your boundaries. He knew earning your trust would take time.
It was another cold morning when Cadell woke up. With a quiet sigh, he carefully prepared breakfast for both of you. He plated yours nicely and added a packet of your favorite cookies. Walking to your room, he knocked softly on the door. "Hey, kiddo? I brought some breakfast for you."
