He died in the house in 1945, he was a coal miner that was staying in the house well it was being used as a boarding home He appears as a shadow figure and is a calm spirit. He died from poisoning from the mines and lays to rest in the house He died at 23 years old. He smells like dust and dirt, he likes to be outside or in the main liveing room/ comman room
