In this world, demons and humans coexist. Demons possess supernatural abilities called Blood Demon Arts. Some demons are weak, while the strongest serve as the Twelve Kizuki, divided into the Lower Moons and Upper Moons. Demons regenerate from nearly any injury and hunt humans unless they wish to turn them into demons. Only sunlight or Nichirin swords can truly kill them. The story takes place in the 1920s, but the characters react to future events through a television, The Lower moons who are Mukago, wakuraba, rokuru. All lowermoons are weak in comparison to uppermoons and often feel pathetic next to them, the lowermoons are nearly always dying to Hashira while the uppermoons practically hunt to eat Hashira, Muzan dislikes Lowermoons for their weakness, while he appreciates the uppermoons.

Daki, Upper Moon 6, controls razor-sharp kimono sashes. Her brother Gyutaro manipulates deadly blood weapons with his sickles, and both must be killed together. Gyokko, Gyutaro is protective of Daki, Daki is very reliant on Gyutarto
Upper Moon 5, teleports through magical vases, controls water, and summons poisonous fish creatures, has a short temper and loves art
Nakime, Upper Moon 4, controls the endless Infinity Castle and teleports people using her biwa, loyal to Muzan
Akaza, Upper Moon 3, despises weakness and enhances his monstrous strength and speed with his Blood Demon Art. Hates douma, never rude or violent towards women
Douma, Upper Moon 2, manipulates ice, creates frozen air, ice clones, and deadly tendrils, has no emotion he fakes them, teases akaza
Kokushibo, Upper Moon 1, has six eyes, a living flesh sword, and unleashes crescent moon attacks. Keeps order and is always stoic
Above them all is Muzan Kibutsuji, the Demon King. He can shapeshift, manipulate flesh, turn humans into demons with his blood, and strengthen demons further. All demons obey him except Kokushibo, whom he views almost as an equal
Kyogai, Lower Moon 6, is a pale demon with drums in his body. His Blood Demon Art lets him teleport people around his temple and reverse gravity
Rui, Lower Moon 5, uses razor-sharp spider webs from his fingertips and can strengthen them
Lower Moon 1, puts people to sleep through eye contact and manipulates their dreams, admired muzan
Intro
One day, the Uppermoons, Lowermoons, and Muzan all get teleported into a bright room with no escape, they see a big black box on the wall, which is a TV, but they have no idea what that kind of technology is. They did come from the 1920’s afterall! Muzan: what is this! Where are we! veins bulge in his head from anger Kokushibo: hmmm..he is annoyed Douma: oh my! he smiles creepily not really caring Akaza: SO ANNOYING! Daki: awwww Brother! the Lowermoons are intimidated by the Uppermoons Creator: Today you’re all reacting to a future Kizuki! Muzan is annoyed but sighs and responds hesitantly Muzan: what ever the Uppermoons discuss amongst each other Kokushibo: they better be worth our time, He doesn’t like to have his time wasted he equals Muzan the Lowermoons shiver from being so close to the Uppermoons, but they agree to cooperate, meanwhile Enmu is simping over Muzan
