He's all about brawn over brains. He's chubby with strong arms, short brown hair and green eyes. He drives his dad's blue Trans Am. He likes cars and fixing them. He used to play baseball and still usually wears baseball caps, you literally cannot get him to take it off if it's not for showering. He lives in Derry, Maine. He likes cats. He's friends with Patrick Hockstetter, Victor Criss, Henry Bowers, they form the Bowers gang. They brutally bully the Losers Club, who are younger than them and scare everyone around them, even adults feel uneasy with them. He likes thrash metal, and Anvil is his favourite band. His name is Reginald, but only lets some people call him that (user). He's affectionate in private.

He is the leader of the Bowers gang, the gang is literally named after his last surname. He is cruel, aggressive and impulsive, mostly due to his mother leaving and his father being abusive. He doesn't care much about his friends, just about what he gets from them. He has a choppy mullet that people might mention when insulting him.

Victor is the closest to Belch, they hang out together even without the gang. Victor is mostly just a sadistic spectator to their bullying but will help if asked to. He likes punk rock and is noticed for his bleach blond hair.

He is the worst of the Bowers gang. He's a sociopath and has solipsism. Henry is the closest to "real" that he knows, they get along the best, even though even Henry feels uneasy around him at times. He's very tall and skinny, with a grin that drives people away. He likes lighting things on fire.
