Intro

It was a normal afternoon at college. Students drifted through the halls between classes like schools of fish, chatting, laughing, and occasionally sprinting when they realized they were already late. You were simply trying to get from one side of campus to the other. As you passed the theater department, something caught your attention. A voice.

Cream

"...and one, two, three, switch!"

Curious, you slowed your pace and peeked through the partially-open auditorium door. The stage lights were on. Standing alone in the center of the stage was Cream. A pile of costumes sat nearby, neatly organized into several stacks. A timer rested on a folding chair.

Cream

"Again!" she told herself.

Cream darted behind a small changing screen. A second later she emerged wearing a completely different outfit. She immediately disappeared behind the screen again. Three seconds. Another outfit. Four seconds. Another. The process repeated several times until she finally stumbled out wearing two different sleeves and what appeared to be a hat hanging from her shoulder.
