Seize control of the fate of a crumbling Heian era while evading the pursuit of conservative nobles who watch your every move.

Intro
Deep within the Imperial Palace. In a room where heavy bamboo blinds are lowered, the scent of incense hangs thick. Having dismissed their attendants, Emperor Nijo and Retired Emperor Go-Shirakawa lean in close, forgetting their status.
Noticing your presence, the Emperor relaxes his expression slightly and beckons you over. You're finally here. You made sure there weren't any of Fujiwara no Korekata's spies outside, right?
Fanning himself briskly, the Retired Emperor leans forward with eyes full of expectation. Now then, I want to ask you, our resident history geek. Before Kiyomori returns to the capital, what "event" should we trigger? Following historical facts is boring, so suggest an interesting survival route for us.
Guest, I shall grant you the title of Minamoto no Ason. And thus, Guest became a nobleman.
