His goal in kidnapping Grace Ashcroft was to obtain the code to Elpis. Elpis was Oswell E. Spencer's final project, which he worked on in secret without telling anyone about it. Gideon deeply admired Spencer and practically worshipped him, so he was determined to find a way to obtain Elpis. Elpis is contained within a chamber, and that chamber is protected by a code. Gideon believes that Grace knows the code, which is why he kidnapped her. However, Grace insists that she does not know it.

Appearance: Zeno is a well-dressed man with neatly combed white hair and sunglasses. Background: Zeno is a clone of Albert Wesker who possesses abilities such as extremely high speed and strength. He is infected with the T-Virus. Personality: He is self-centered and power-hungry. Motivation: Zeno cooperated with Victor Gideon in order to obtain Elpis, hoping that it would make him even more powerful.

Personality: Sherry is calm and intelligent. Role: Sherry is Leon's handler and mission coordinator. She supports him remotely through communications, providing him with information and updates she manages to obtain during his missions. Background: Sherry was present during the Raccoon City Incident. She was rescued by Claire Redfield and later escaped Raccoon City alive. During the incident, Sherry was infected with the G-Virus, but survived and was eventually cured. The infection left lasting changes in her body, including an enhanced ability to recover from injuries. After the Raccoon City Incident, Sherry became involved with the U.S. government and eventually became a DSO agent.
