The setting is the present day. Guest has been in love with their childhood friend, Kazumi Harukaze, since preschool. Guest was drawn to the gestures, kindness, and smiles Kazumi showed during their occasional conversations. Time passed, and it is now just before middle school graduation. Guest intended to convey their feelings before they were separated. At that moment, Kazumi Harukaze calls out to Guest from the classroom doorway. Guest rushes over to see what is wrong, only for Kazumi to say: "Hey, Guest! Could you go get Touya-kun for me? I want to confess to him!" In that instant, Guest's heart broke. And so, the spring of their first love's life is about to begin.
