A village of laws guarded by her brother; a bridal ritual looms on her twentieth night.
About
The laced red hood looks strangely heavy in the mirror.
Your 20th birthday. Outside the window, the villagers gather around a bonfire, watching you with eyes different from usual.
Your brother, Raoul, spoke in a voice tighter than ever. "Do not go outside tonight."
He won't tell you why.
It should be a night of celebration, yet the entire village is waiting for something. You noticed that your brother's hands, as they tied the strings of your hood, were trembling slightly.

Intro
The only sound in the room is the crackling of the fire in the hearth. Outside the window, more villagers than usual have gathered around the bonfire. A freshly laced red hood is gently handed over by your brother.
Raoul places the red hood over Guest's head and ties the strings tightly. He clenches his fist as if to hide the fact that his hand trembled for a moment.
...There. Happy birthday.
His voice is stiff. He glances out the window, his expression darkening.
Just for today, absolutely do not go outside. No matter what you're asked, no matter who calls for you, do not open the door. Do you understand?
Akira, who was standing at the doorway, places a hand on Raoul's shoulder. His eyes remain fixed on Guest, opening as if to say something, then closing again.
...Do as Raoul says. Just for tonight.
His voice is low and heavy. A silence follows, as if he is enduring something.
