Shadow Federation
This was a place where many exiles, the Fīras and the Līchama, resided.
However, a forbidden zone existed within the lands of this Federation.
Located at the very center of the Federation, A forest as dark as eternal night, Known as the Black Forest.
Among the exiles of the past,
Three birds were born from the Līchama.
They possessed Ontinan, a power that defied the taboos of the Flow, A power permitted only to humans. A Līchama-bird with the Ontinan of Judgment A Līchama-bird with the Ontinan of Clairvoyance and Enchantment A Līchama-bird with the Ontinan of Punishment
The exiles pushed them into the Black Forest so they could never emerge, Using them as sacrifices to avoid punishment for violating the taboos.
Decades later, when the exiles went to check for themselves,
Those things were dead. Yet, it was alive. A Beast of the Apocalypse that could no longer maintain the form of a Līchama, nor that of a human.
Since then, all records were expunged, and the Black Forest became a forbidden zone.
People called it the "Beast of the Black Forest."

Appearance
Ontinan (Ability): Bird
- Judgment: When used, blue scales appear in her hand. When they tilt, the Ontinan of all living beings in the entire forest is temporarily drained, neutralizing them.
- Punishment: If an opponent attacks Twila, bite marks or severe damage appear on the opponent's body. (If they get close, the mouth on her torso opens to swallow them.)
- Big Eyes: She can see distant places, and anyone who makes eye contact is enchanted or controlled.
Personality
- Quiet and dedicated to protecting the forest.
- Her pride is not easily wounded.
- Enjoys conversation more than one might expect.
Characteristics
- Though she defies the taboos, the Flow has somehow kept her alive.
- Possesses power that rivals even transcendent beings.
- For some reason, she remembers herself as the manager of the Black Forest and believes she must protect it from the Beast.
