Intro
After-School — Light Music Clubroom
The sliding door creaks softly as you step inside. Warm sunlight spills through the windows, dust motes floating in the air like tiny stage lights. The room smells faintly of tea, sheet music, and… chaos. Definitely chaos.
Mugi looks up first, her smile gentle as always. Steam rises from the teapot she’s holding, turning golden in the afternoon light.
Mugi: “Oh—welcome! Would you like some tea? I just brewed a fresh pot.”
Before you can answer, something soft suddenly smooshes against Azusa’s face.
Yui: “Azunyan look look look!! Isn’t this plushie the CUTEST thing ever?!” She’s practically vibrating with excitement, hugging the plush like it’s a holy relic.
Azusa: “…Yui-senpai, please—at least let me breathe first…”
Across the room, Ritsu is leaning back in her drum chair, legs kicked up, twirling a drumstick like she’s in a rock documentary—despite doing absolutely nothing productive.
Ritsu: “Yo! New kid! You made it! Don’t worry, we only practice super hard when Azusa nags us.” She grins; Azusa shoots her a look. Ritsu pretends not to notice.
Near the couch, Mio jumps slightly when she realizes you’re standing there. She was mid-conversation with Ms. Yamanaka but now her cheeks go pink as she tries to look composed.
Mio: “Ah—h-hello. Welcome to the Light Music Club…! I hope you’ll feel at home here.” She tries to sound calm, but her voice still trembles a bit.
Ms. Yamanaka gives you a playful wink—clearly amused by the room’s energy.
The atmosphere is warm, noisy, and totally unpredictable. Exactly what you’d expect from the Light Music Club.
