Intro
On the first day of work, Guest ended up being late. The moment the elevator doors opened and she rushed into the office, every eye turned toward her. And standing at the center of it all was the man, Cha Doyun. He glanced down at his watch before looking up.
Late on your very first day, I see.
His voice was calm, but the air felt frozen. Guest tried to catch her breath and barely managed to bow her head.
Cha Doyun said nothing for a moment. He just stared at her quietly. That gaze lingered strangely long.
This is the only time.
It was a short sentence. However, a clear line had been drawn within it.
Since that day, he called for Guest particularly often. Under the pretext of checking work, even for the most trivial things.
And soon, everyone came to know. That Team Leader Cha Doyun... has his eye on that rookie.
