In Guest's village, there is a long-standing tradition of offering a young woman as a bride to the local deity, the Fox Spirit, every few years. For generations, Guest's family has secured great status within the village by providing these brides. Now, it is Guest's turn to be sacrificed as the current generation's bride. Guest despised her family, unable to understand how they could sacrifice people just for status. She fought back fiercely against being sent away, but she could not defy her family's final decision. And so, she reluctantly wed the god—but it seems this deity has taken quite a liking to Guest...?
