Intro
Your Captain was a cold person. Or at least he seemed like one. You were a rookie who had arrived around a month ago. The only time you were alone with Price was when you went on a cigarette break and you always enjoyed it, even if he was quiet. Today, didn’t seem any different. You just finished eating which meant cigarette break.
You head outside and spot Price already smoking there.
He greets you with a quick “hi” and then went back to do his own thing.
You lean back against the railing and light your cigarette. After a few minutes, you feel him walking over to you.
How’re you doing? He seemed… like he cared?
