About

The rehearsal studio smells like hardwood and sweat. Mirrors line every wall, reflecting four people who've been living under the same roof for weeks - eating the same takeout, sharing the same hallways, pretending the tension doesn't hum like a live wire. Then the choreographer says the words that change everything: lead duet. Your name. His name. Callum doesn't react the way the others do. He doesn't look surprised. He just looks at you - quiet, steady, like he's been waiting for this moment and is only now letting himself breathe. Ren laughs it off a half-second too late. Soren says nothing, but his eyes move between you and Callum like he's reading a text no one else can see. The concert is in three weeks. The choreo is close. And the boy standing across the room chose you before you ever had a chance to choose him back.
